How to Grow Cat Grass
Barley, Oat, Rye & Wheat Grass Mix

Sowing & Germination
- Indoors (Year-Round Growing):
- Use a shallow tray (2–3" deep) with drainage holes
- Fill with organic potting mix or coconut coir
- Evenly spread seeds thickly on moist soil
- Lightly press into the surface (do not bury)
- Mist with water and cover tray with plastic wrap or humidity dome
- Keep at 65–75°F until sprouting (2–4 days)
- Soaking (Optional but Recommended):
- Soak seeds for 6–12 hours in cool water before planting
Growing Conditions
- Temp: 65–75°F
- Watering: Keep soil moist (not soggy); mist daily
- Light: Indirect sunlight or grow light
- Soil: Well-drained, chemical-free potting mix
- Germination: 2–4 days
- Harvest Time: 7–10 days (grass 4–6" tall)
- Harvest with scissors when blades reach 4–6 inches
- Rinse thoroughly before feeding to pets
- Offer small amounts daily for best digestion support
- Refrigerate trimmed grass in an airtight container (lasts 5–7 days)
- Reseed every 1–2 weeks for a continuous supply
