Oregano tea is often recommended to help ward off congestion and sinus problems.

It’s simple to make: First, bring 2 to 2-1⁄2 cups water to a boil. Add 4 to 6 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey to taste, and enjoy. Drink several cups daily, as needed.
